About Us

WELCOME TO

Hope Medical trust (HMT)

Hope Medical trust (HMT) is a non profit organization, working for the welfare, wellbeing and empowerment of Elders in India since 2018.

A based in Delhi, HMT aims at building an age friendly society for elders and to provide a quality of life to those who cared for us.

To support the above cause, HMT is setting up a network of volunteers from all over India to serve the elders in our country.

HMT’s goal is to establish various Elder Care Homes fully equipped to cater to their medical and social needs. (Short term & Long term stay) for Senior Citizens which will contribute to the core economy of this country in the near future.

It also aims in generating employment opportunities for the caregivers, who will be employed after being trained under a structured training module of Hope Medical Trust.

HMT will also focus in making people aware regarding the age related issues of senior citizens through it on ground and online outreach programme as aging is a natural process and one should accept it graciously.

A.Training for Family Members

 This; is for the family members of patients suffering from Dementia/Alzheimer.

 Training; will be on various aspects of Dementia and how to manage difficult behaviours during caregiving.

 Hands; on experience provided.

 Techniques; for communication and behaviours management taught.

What we do/Services

HMT provides a variety of social& medicalday services for seniors/elders. We offer various activities that ensure participants engage in social and recreational programmes that is vital to well-being. Thus, each and every participant can maintain a sense of independence while being supported by friends and caring staff in a safe environment. HMT Center is a wonderful alternative to home care for a caregiver needing respite and day-time assistance for his/her parent or loved one. Our Services includes:

Our Team

HMT care team consists of doctors, specialists, facility coordinators, family and friends. Everyone who is involved in your care, or the care of a family member, is part of a team that is putting their patient’s health care first.

HMT looks to provide a structured and caring medical management framework that adapts to and is responsive to the client’s medical needs, family wishes and physician’s instructions.
